I don’t know that much about Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy – heck, I had to double-check the spelling of his name before I even wrote today’s blog post.
But I can tell you that Ramaswamy is a mighty wind coming from an empty cave. His promises on the campaign trail are absolutely bonkers.
And with that, I bring you MSNBC reporter Mehdi Hasan. Hasan, a former BBC reporter who now has a Sunday night broadcast on MSNBC, interviewed Ramaswamy and asked Ramaswamy a very simple question regarding one of Ramaswamy’s social media posts. The post in question, in Ramaswamy’s own words, said that “what [former president Donald] Trump did last week was wrong. Downright abhorrent. Plain and simple. I’ve said it before and did so in my piece.”
During an interview between Hasan and Ramaswamy, Hasan asked Ramaswamy a simple question. What was it that former President Donald Trump did that Ramaswamy said was abhorrent?
Ramaswamy ducked the question and tried to talk about something else.
Hasan was not having it. He asked the question again.
Ramaswamy belched out a word salad and tried to talk about something else.
Hasan dragged Ramaswamy’s feet BACK to the fire and asked him that same question one more time.
Ramaswamy seemed flummoxed. You mean a political candidate can’t answer a question by simply outshouting the reporter and talking about something else?
Take a look. This is fun.
Let’s make this simple. Answer Medhi Hasan’s question and stop bullshitting, Ramaswamy. Because if you can’t back up your own words with good cause and reason … then your words mean nothing. They have no backing. They’re not credible. And the author of those words also loses credibility.
Sorry, Vivek. in all fairness, Medhi Hasan simply vivisected you.
Yeah … you saw what I did there. 😀
Ramaspammy got pwned. Period.
